Our standard shafts and impellers are manufactured from centreless ground 316 stainless steel. The mixer wet-end can also be supplied, and manufactured, from other materials including high corrosion resistant stainless steels such as SAF2507, high tensile or carbon steel.
Sardik also offers special coatings including rubber, teflon or HALAR ECTFE TM, for high wear and high corrosion resistant applications.
Standard mixers are supplied with totally enclosed, fan cooled motors. On request, motors can be supplied to customers specification including:-
- Hazardous area electric motors
- Air Drive
- Variable speed (electronic or mechanical)
- Minimum Energy Performance Standards (MEPS) Regulations in Australia
